Lender Points & Bonus Programs

Lender Points and Bonus Programs

There are lenders who have programs where they provide additional bonus payments for funding mortgages provided a minimum funding ratio across the entire team is achieved. These programs are subject to change; from time to time the lender points programs may change, be cancelled or new ones added. The points are issued to the brokerage level and not to the individual agent.  BRX Mortgage, as a brokerage, will always attempt to pay any funds tagged to a file, completed by an agent, to them as commission provided lender policies allow us to do so.
