What Is Revenue Share?

If you attract agents, introduce them to BRX and they join the company, a portion of the commission BRX earns from that agent will be paid to you.

At onboarding the agent joining BRX will be asked to list a “sponsoring agent”. This is the person who had the most influence on their decision to join BRX. This is the agent that will be paid Revenue Share. A “sponsoring agent” cannot be changed and Agents are not permitted to pressure an agent into listing them as a sponsor (see BRX Recruiting Policy in BRX Policy & Procedure Manual)
